Say what?
This is my "playground" for various programming and design attempts. This is my sandbox of sorts for trying out techniques, etc. without having to generate a "real" project. And provides a place for me to test "real" projects that are in development. The Show & Tell portion is completed projects. These projects should work; existing as demos of what I can do and have done. Sandbox is for things in development. The list may or may not be complete for what I'm working on. And things are likely of varying degrees of broken. That's sort of the point, isn't it? ;)
Show & Tell
There's more to be had...it just needs to be "pretty-fied"
Auto-thumb - WordPress Plug-in using PHP, HTML, mySQL, WP Plugin API
11/15/05 Quite simply, it generates a thumbnail for a previously uploaded image along a semi-arbitrary url. That is, the url must be on your server but doesn't have to be in the same domain. If that makes any sense. lol. It still needs upgrades, but it's a start.
Sandbox
I've got a list on RememberTheMilk.com to keep track of what projects I'd like to start (likely here). I've also got a blog to track some progress.
"Toolpath Priority" - Javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX - A little something I'm working on at work.
11/08/05 I've got the client-side working; I'm waiting for my software to develop the server-side code. This is just a little test page to show some of the js functionality I've got. Default shows the summary level list, clicking "show details" will show example details. You can only show one set of details at a time; clicking another set hides the first. There's also "onchange" tracking to facilitate a save prompt.
11/29/05 Somewhere near the bottom of the learning curve
11/29/05 Progress
12/16/05 ToolPath Priority (almost) working
01/05/06 It’s lives!
01/11/06 It really works now.
I have lots in the queue to get up...but I wanted to get this set and up so I wouldn't have to worry about it when I actually did have something in place. I'll also work on having a proper contact form. But it's not there yet. So I'm afraid you'll just have to deal with the weird-looking: contactme at micheerose . com (obviously, remove the offending spaces and substitute the proper symbol).
